Agnès Godard, who has lensed some of the most beautiful films of the past few decades, including Jacquot de Nantes (1991) and Beau Travail (1999), rarely alludes to specific painters or paintings https://voltagebets.net/. In one of her most recent efforts, Let the Sunshine In (2017), she made an exception. The main character, played by Juliette Binoche, paints large, Abstract Expressionist works, and over the course of the film, Godard shows her hard at work, fanning colors across huge canvases laid flat on the floor.

A woman is gliding around a grand piano reaching out a hand to tap on the keys and play some small melody that she might know. If we listen carefully we can hear the tapping of the keys and their reverberation. The woman wears an elegantly beautiful backless red dress. The balcony view is a sublime cityscape of the New York skyline. Skyscrapers light up the sky just like they might do in a movie scene. We wonder if the woman is also singing to herself as she plays on the piano. Is she at a dinner party wandering through the building, or visiting a handsome suitor, or is this her own abode? These questions are all left unanswered.

Theo’s great inspiration, the American realist painter Edward Hopper, is a case in point. Hopper’s famous painting Nighthawks has often been referred to as cinematic. Which influence came first? Does it even matter? These are two mediums intersecting and influencing each other creating wonderful moments for viewers to enjoy.

An RTE (release train engineer) operates at the program level, coordinating multiple teams within an ART (Agile release train) and focusing on overall program success. In contrast, the Scrum master works at the team level, guiding a single Agile team in Scrum practices. RTEs are involved in higher-level decision-making and strategic initiatives across the entire ART, whereas Scrum masters concentrate on team-level decisions. Additionally, RTEs handle conflicts and issues spanning multiple teams, while Scrum masters primarily deal with conflicts within their specific team.

Well-run agile teams need a point of reference in the business to ensure that the changes they are making deliver outcomes for the business. A business owner helps the ART team collaborate and coordinate with other departments to complete their initiatives on time.

A typical PI includes four or five development iterations followed by one innovation and planning iteration (see below). During the PI, teams work in two-week cycles called system increments, following Scrum or Kanban methods.

Training and education programs should be conducted to upskill team members on Agile practices and the principles of ART. This will help them understand the new way of working and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the ART environment.
